Each summer, eMpowerment Inc. hosts the "Not Your Average Girl" Empowerment Conference as part of the Girls Empowerment Academy. The conference is a day full of phenomenal speakers and activities that empower teen girls to embrace their individuality and inspire them live their best life through self-esteem, self-love, self-respect and self-care.
